We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty & Returns

Please send all warranty requests to Customer Service before shipping back any product. We will send you an RGA to return your item. If we receive a return with no RGA we will ship it back to you at your expense.
 
We do not Take Returns on Starter kits because ultimately an electronic cigarette is a consumable device. (Consider Starter Kit Sale as Final)

We provide a 14 day defective parts guarantee. If any parts are defective, and not altered in any way by the customer, we will exchange the parts right away. 

*This excludes Atomizers and Cartomizers -  there is no warranty on these items as they are consumables. 
 
NOTE: All refunds will have a 10% restocking fee. They must be received within 15 days from the date of the purchase order, and include all items from the original purchase, be in same condition that the items were received in. Filter Tips/Cartridges are non-refundable used/unused and will be deducted from the refund. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or to issue a partial refund for any request that does not meet these requirements.

*We are not responsible for orders after they have been delivered to the post office. For any concerns regarding your order after it has been shipped, you will need to contact your local post office and provide them with the USPS confirmation number. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

*No returns or refunds if shipped international and seized by customs or border.

*All E-Liquid sales are Final.

 The guarantees are from date of delivery, and not the date of purchase Shipping charges will not be refunded.

What to do if you have a problem with a product:

Please contact us at Customer Service about the problem, we may have suggestions on how you can fix the problem yourself.
You will need to have your purchase order or sales receipt number.
If our suggestions do not resolve the problem we will send you an RGA for you to fill out and send your product back to us at the address below.
